System Limits
The following limits are applied to the GameSparks API and Portal.

Data Storage

Note that there is a default limit imposed on overall storage for both the Preview and Live environments. You can request an increase in your Data Storage limit. Please see our Usage Limits and Fair Usage Policy page for details.

Concurrently Connected Users (CCUs)
The limit imposed on the number of concurrently connected users (CCUs) for your game depends upon the game's Pricing Tier - please see our Pricing webpage for details.
What counts as a connected user for the limit imposed on the number of CCUs?

API Request Rate
For details of the default limits imposed on API request rate per second for both the Preview and Live environments, please see our Usage Limits and Fair Usage Policy page. You can request an increase in your API request rate.

Scheduled Bulk Jobs
Each game is limited to 20 scheduled bulk jobs. If you try to exceed this limit, you'll receive an error message. You can use the listBulkJobs request of the SparkBulkScheduler to check on the number of jobs you've scheduled.

What can I do if I want to increase my service usage limits?
If your game is on the Standard or Enterprise Pricing Tier, you can raise a support ticket:
- Please select a ticket type of: "Service Limits Increase Request".
- Tell us the limit you are looking to have increased, to what value, and the reasoning behind the request.
Note that it can take several business days to process these requests, so please provide as much detail as you can upfront.
